Creating an Opala Account

Before you can register with Opala, you must create an account.

Registering with Opala creates a client or app (depending on how you register). Once Opala approves your registration, you will see connection details that can be applied in our Payer-to-Payer Exchange (client) or incorporated into your application (app) for member access to our Patient Access API.

To Create an Account

  1. Open the Opala Developer Portal page, or in the App Gallery select Register Here.

Note: You must access to the login page from the main Developer Portal page to log in. If you bookmark the login page and try to sign in directly from that (without going through the Developer Portal) you will receive an error.

  2. Select the Get Started button.
  3. On the Login page, select Sign Up.
  4. Enter the following information to create an account:
  5. In the Prove You Are Not a Robot field, enter the displayed characters.
  6. Select the Sign Up button.

After you create an account, you are redirected back to the Login page where you can register as a developer or as a payer.
