PractitionerRole (ATR)

Use this profile to represent a practitioner associated with a specific organization who is attributed to a specific patient within the Member Attribution List.

Note: Implementers are advised to read Data Model Requirements to implement the PractitionerRole profile.

The PractitionerRole instance is retrieved as part of the Bulk API request on the Group resource representing the Member Attribution List.
