Patient (ATR)

Use this profile represent a patient/member in a Member Attribution List. The profile is derived from US-Core patient profile and adds the district as a must support attribute.

Note: Implementers are advised to read Data Model Requirements to implement the Patient profile.

The Patient instance is retrieved as part of the Bulk API request on the Group resource representing the Member Attribution List.
